Clients typically start working with me because they want to achieve:
- Weight Loss a healthy way – many of my clients have tried to lose weight using ‘fad’ diets and have ended up heavier than they were before
- Overall feeling of wellbeing – Some clients are fed up with not having quite enough energy to see them through the week
- A particular complaint – there is a whole list but common ones include allergies and intolerances, autoimmune diseases, eczema, arthritis, digestive disorders and IBS.
I studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London for 3 years, learning Biomedicine, Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology, covering all aspects of food composition, diets diseases, and how our bodies react either positively or negatively to what we eat.
It may seem daunting thinking about changing the habits of a lifetime and being asked to give up the foods you love for a while, but small changes can make huge differences to how you feel and as a food lover myself, I can assure you I will give alternatives to make sure you enjoy your food.

A 6 Week Program
- An initial consultation to assess your current health and lifestyle challenges.
- A personalised diet tailored to you, your likes and dislikes, and budget and time constraints
- 3 Follow up telephone consultations
- 3 Follow up face-2-face meetings where we will weigh-in, take your measurements and discuss your achievements and set backs. We’ll review and revise the program if necessary.
The 6 week program is £150
