About Natalie

Let me inspire you to change your life for the better

I used to think of myself as a ‘jack of all trades, master of none’ and my dad used to joke about me having a list of qualifications that never ended. I have over 20 yrs of experience of the health and fitness industry.

I am qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, Pilates Teacher, Personal Trainer, masseuse and am trained in Hypnopsychotherapy. Over the years I have come to realise how all these areas of knowledge have helped me to have a greater understanding of individual health needs and issues and what a blessing it is to have such a versatile and varied skill set.

I find that all my training comes together when I see my clients.

My main focus now is Nutritional therapy and holistic massage. I have been a foodie all my life, I love reading about food, cooking food and eating food! I totally and passionately believe that we are a product of what we eat and how we treat our amazing bodies. During my nutrition consultations I get to know as much as I can about my clients state of health and mind and how their lifestyle and stress levels are affecting them. I have a warm, empathetic personality, a lot of patience and most importantly a sense of humour.

I accept how difficult it is for clients to give up foods they love and adapt their eating and lifestyle habits, I therefore try to make these changes as easy and delicious as possible. Life is for living and food is such a major part of most of our lives. It needs to be tasty and enjoyable.

I support my clients with as much help and advice as I can and do not just email a nutrition plan and leave you to it. I work from a spacious, purpose built room in my garden. My clients love the privacy and calm, relaxed atmosphere.
